IV        Socio-economic Assessment

VI        2000 Workshops

 Brief discussion of overall workshop strategy

 Selection of two topics for spring/summer 2000 workshops; possible topics:
             1.        Introduction of Drew Overholser (Montana Watercourse Wetlands 
                        Workshop Coord)
                       
             How have other communities addressed river assessment and management issues? 
             (Invite individuals from other communities to come and share their experiences with 
             us, successes and failures).

            2.          Headwater/downstream environments, cause and effect.
                         Focus: 1988 YNP Fires and their effects on the upper Yellowstone River.

            3.          Montana science teachers workshop on the upper Yellowstone River
                         (summer 2000).

            4.          Other Ideas?

VII       Schedule April Task Force Meeting

Tuesday, March 21, 2000 is the next Task Force meeting.  April meeting will be held on?

NOTE:   Please make note that the location of Task Force meetings has changed.  The Task Force will be meeting at the Livingston Depot Center on West Park Street.  Our meetings will be held in the Main Room on the 1st floor.  Access to the main room is through the track-side doors on the north side of the Depot Center building.
